About MeI was born in Sofia, Bulgaria and have lived in Switzerland for more than 15 years. With a background in law, an executive MBA, and over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, 14 of them leading teams, I’ve always been driven by what helps people grow. That passion inspired me to earn my first coaching certification in 2019.
Movement as My FoundationThroughout my fast-paced, high-pressure career, movement has been my anchor. I’ve practiced a variety of sports over the years, but martial arts have shaped me the most. From Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu to Krav Maga, which I’ve trained for 5 years. These disciplines have strengthened my mindset as much as my body. In 2020, I became a certified Natural Movement instructor through MovNat, expanding my understanding of how the body thrives through purposeful movement.
A Personal Journey with FoodMy path to a healthy relationship with food was more challenging. I struggled with emotional eating and weight fluctuations, and eventually lost 22 kg while rebuilding a positive body image. This experience taught me resilience, patience, and the value of sustainable habits. It also motivated me to study nutrition coaching so I could guide others with empathy and clarity.
